Para el relleno de pollo:
2  pechugas de pollo
200 gramos espinacas, cocidas
100 gramos tomates secos
100 gramos queso ricotta
100 gramos nueces picadas
2 cucharadas aceite de oliva
  sal, al gusto
  pimienta, al gusto

Para la demi-glace:
2 cucharadas miel
1 cucharada vinagre balsámico
1 cucharada mostaza de Dijon


Instructions

STEP 1/6

Con Braun Minipimer, tritura las espinacas cocidas, el queso ricota y las nueces. 

STEP 2/6

Abre las pechugas de pollo, salpimienta y coloca el relleno en el centro y añade los tomates troceados por encima.

STEP 3/6

Enrolla y asegúralo con hilo de cocina.

STEP 4/6

Sella el rollo en una sartén con aceite de oliva hasta dorar por fuera. Luego cocina a fuego bajo hasta que el pollo esté bien cocido.

STEP 5/6

Coloca los jugos de la cocción del pollo, la miel, el vinagre balsámico y la mostaza en el vaso de Minipimer y tritura hasta emulsionar.

STEP 6/6

Corta el rollo en medallones y rocía con la demi-glace.
