1 corazones de lechuga romana

1 cebolla roja

4 rábanos, optional

1 tsp. miel

1 pequeño pepino

150 gramos tomates cherry, optional

100 gramos salmón ahumado

queso de cabra, fresh, or cream cheese

1 tsp. mostaza

1 tbsp. vinagre de vino blanco, or apple cider vinegar

2 tbsp. agua

2 tbsp. aceite de oliva

sal

pimienta


Instrucciones

Step 1

Wash the romaine lettuce, pull apart the larger leaves and halve the cherry tomatoes.

Step 2

Peel the onion, wash the radish and cucumber and slice with Braun’s MultiQuick 9 food processor attachment using the fine slicing insert.

Step 3

Mix everything well and drape into a bowl. Spread the goat's cheese and salmon over the salad.

Step 4

For the dressing, use the whisk attachment to whisk all the ingredients together in a bowl and spoon the dressing over the salad.
