For the patties

  • 300 g carne picada de ternera

  • 1 cebolla, small, very finely diced

  • 1 diente de ajo, finely chopped

  • 1 tbsp salsa Worcestershire

  • sal

  • pimienta

For the potatoes

  • 500 g boiled potatoes, from the day before

  • 2 tbsp aceite de oliva

  • ½ tbsp romero

  • sal

  • pimienta

For the dip

  • 2 tbsp Dijonnaise

  • 1 cucharadita copos de chile

Instrucciones

Step 1

For the patties: Carefully mix the beef mince with the finely diced onion, garlic, pepper, Worcestershire sauce and salt.

Step 2

Form 2 patties about 2 cm thick with your hands.

Step 3

Insert the Grill plate set and press the On/off button. The SnackMaker 5 will start pre-heating.

Step 4

When the plates are hot, place the previously oiled patties on top, close the device and cook for 6-7 minutes.

Step 5

For the dip: Mix the Dijonnaise with the chilli flakes.

Step 6

For the potatoes: Quarter the potatoes (boiled from the day before) and marinate with the remaining ingredients.

Step 7

Heat up the SnackMaker 5 again. When the plates are hot, place the potato wedges on top, close the device and cook for 8-10 minutes. Then serve with the patties and the dip.
