For the zucchini rolls:
Wash the zucchini, cut off the ends and slice thinly lengthways. Keep the leftover zucchini, cut into small pieces and add to the sauce later.
Halve the feta lengthways and cut into approx. 16 blocks.
Thoroughly pat the zucchini slices dry, place the feta on one end of the zucchini slice and carefully roll up lengthways. Roll up all the zucchini slices in the same way and put aside.
For the tomato sauce: Peel and halve the onion and garlic.
Chop the onion, garlic and strawberry jam into a paste, this can be done with Braun’s MultiQuick 350 ml chopper.
Place the paste and passata in one drawer of the TwinCook 3, mix and season with cinnamon, Italian herbs, salt and pepper.
For the chicken: Wash the lemon well, grate the zest and squeeze out the juice.
Peel and finely grate the garlic. Pluck the rosemary needles from the stalks.
Mix the olive oil, lemon zest, 4 tablespoons of lemon juice, honey and rosemary needles to make a marinade. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Place the zucchini rolls in the sauce in the first drawer of the TwinCook 3. Place the chicken in the second drawer and baste with the marinade.
For the first drawer, set the Veggie program at 190°C for 18 minutes.
For the second drawer, set the Chicken program at 190°C for 22 minutes.
As soon as the temperature and time have been set, the SYNC button appears. Press the SYNC button, then press the Start button.
After 10 minutes, stir the zucchini rolls and turn the chicken and brush with the marinade.
Plate up the zucchini rolls with the tomato sauce and sprinkle with pine nuts and herbs. Add the chicken and serve.
