2  Tortilla-Wraps, max. diameter 19 cm
30 Gramm Butter
100 Gramm Mozzarella-Käse
  getrockneter Oregano, to taste
  Knoblauchpulver, to taste
  getrockneter Basilikum, to taste
  getrockneter Thymian, to taste

For garnish
  frische Petersilie, chopped, to taste

Anweisungen

SCHRITT 1/6

Melt the butter and let it cool.

SCHRITT 2/6

Place a tortilla (maximum diameter 19 cm) on top of the grid insert in the MultiFry 3 drawer.

SCHRITT 3/6

Spread it with half melted butter with a brush, sprinkle everything with the aromatic herbs and finally cover with half grated mozzarella.

SCHRITT 4/6

Cover with the second tortilla and repeat the same operations, as in the previous point, with the remaining ingredients.

SCHRITT 5/6

Select the Frozen fries program and cook for 5 minutes at 200°C.

SCHRITT 6/6

Remove the tortilla: serve hot sprinkled with chopped parsley.
