Double chocolate cookies

A rich indulgent cookie with a crisp exterior and gooey centre, these cookies are a chocolate lover's dream. Freeze balls of cookie dough in a container and use the air fryer to cook them quickly.

Instructions

STEP 1/8

In a medium mixing bowl, beat the butter with the brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla, continue to beat for a few minutes.

STEP 2/8

In a separate mixing bowl, sieve together all the dry ingredients and combine. Transfer the dry ingredients into the butter and sugar mixture.

STEP 3/8

Finally add the cooled melted dark chocolate, the white chocolate chips and mix everything until combined.

STEP 4/8

Line the drawer with baking paper.

STEP 5/8

Form the mixture into balls (30 grams each) and place them inside the drawer, spaced 2 inches apart.

STEP 6/8

Tip: Cover with parchment paper and weigh it down with a piece of biscuit dough, or a teaspoon.

STEP 7/8

Select the OVEN function, CAKE, 160°C, set 15 minutes and press the START button.

STEP 8/8

Remove the drawer, allow the biscuits to cool and firm up before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. Repeat the cooking process for the remaining cookies.
