400.0 grams turkey steaks
 to taste iodized salt
 to taste black pepper
2.0  onions
2.0  red peppers
2.0 tbsp. olive oil
2.0 tbsp. tomato paste
200.0 grams whipped cream
 handful of thyme
8.0 sprigs of parsley


Instructions

STEP 1/4

Spray the turkey breast with cold water and dab dry. Then cut across the fiber into slices. Push this with a large kitchen knife, and salt and pepper.

STEP 2/4

Peel off the onions and quarter. Wash and clean the paprika and cut into coarse pieces. Both in small quantities in the Multiquick 5 baby MQ 20 Chopper-paper give and only coarse chop.

STEP 3/4

Heat the oil in a coated pan and fry the turkey steaks in it from both sides for about 4 minutes, then take them out and warm them. Now add the onion-paprika mixture and simmer in about 8 minutes. Then stir the tomato paste and the cream.

STEP 4/4

Put the turkey steaks on plates with the paprika onion goulash and sprinkle with parsley. Potato pulp or noodles are also suitable.


Instead of turkey steaks you can also use pork loin.
