Ingredients

Makes:

200.0 grams baby spinach
1.0 clove garlic
50.0 ml olive oil
25.0 grams pine nuts
50.0 grams Parmesan, rubbed


Instructions

STEP 1/3

Wash the baby spinach and dry in a salad spinner or a tea towel. Wash the basil, pat dry and pluck the leaves from the stems. Peel the garlic and cut into quarters.

STEP 2/3

Toast the pine nuts in a pan gently without oil.

STEP 3/3

Put all the ingredients in the blender jar and blend with the Multiquick 5 hand blender baby to pesto.


This pesto goes well with pasta, but enjoyed on bread or as a salad dressing.
