Ingredients

220 grams dates
100 grams almonds
140 grams oats
50 grams sunflower seeds
30 grams cocoa nibs
4 tbsp. flax seeds
85 grams maple syrup
65 grams almond butter
50 grams pistachios
1 tsp. cinnamon


Instructions

STEP 1/9

Blend the dates with Braun’s MQ 5 Vario jug blender attachment.

STEP 2/9

Toast oatmeal, almonds and sunflower seeds in a pan without fat.

STEP 3/9

Use the EasyClick system to switch easily from the jug blender attachment to the 350ml chopper attachment and chop the ingredients from step 2.

STEP 4/9

Pour the blended dates in a bowl, add cinnamon, cocoa nibs, pistachios and flax seeds.

STEP 5/9

Pour the maple syrup together with the almond butter in a pot and heat up.

STEP 6/9

Add to the oatmeal and nuts. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed and you have a sticky mass.

STEP 7/9

Press the mixture evenly and very firmly into a flat casserole (best to line baking paper in the casserole).

STEP 8/9

Place for around 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

STEP 9/9

Turn out of the casserole and cut into evenly spaced bars. Store in the refrigerator.
