Makes:

275 grams chickpeas, rinsed and drained (alternatively white beans)
80 grams nut spread, e.g. almond or cashew spread
80 grams maple syrup
 a pinch of salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda, (for the cookie dough flavour)
20 grams coconut flour
1 tsp. vanilla extract
40 grams chocolate chips


Instructions

STEP 1/3

Finely puree chickpeas, nut spread, maple syrup and vanilla extract with the MultiQuick 7 shaft.

STEP 2/3

Add all the other ingredients and mix with the double beater attachment.

STEP 3/3

Enjoy immediately! Any leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator shaped into balls.
