Makes:

6  tomatoes, ripe, quartered and pitted
2  green chillies
2  garlic cloves
1 handful of coriander, plucked
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1  lime, juice
  salt
  pepper

Instructions

STEP 1/3

Slice the chillies and then put all ingredients into Braun’s PowerBlend 9 jug blender.

STEP 2/3

Blend to a rough purée by choosing the chop function in combination with the coarse texture.

STEP 3/3

Pour into a small bowl and serve with tortilla chips.
