Ingredients

Servings: 2
Makes:

125 grams whole wheat flour
325 ml whole milk,  (or a dairy-free alternative)
3 medium eggs
 to taste salt
2 tbsp. rapeseed oil
2 slices 
8 slices pollo, cooked
 handful of spinach
1 small avocado, destoned and sliced
1  tomato,  cut into slices
250 grams quark a basso contenuto di grassi
4 tbsp. milk
0,5 bunch 
 to taste salt
 to taste pepper


Instructions

STEP 1/5

Spread the quark on the pancakes, lay the cheese, chicken slices, avocado, spinach and tomato on top, roll up and set to cool.

STEP 2/5

Use the whisk to mix the quark and chopped herbs together.

STEP 3/5

For the herby quark, chop the chives using Braun’s MultiQuick 5 Vario Hand Blender 500ml chopper.

STEP 4/5

Season with salt and pepper.

STEP 5/5

For the wraps, whisk the flour, milk, eggs and salt together to make the pancake batter and cook 4-6 thin pancakes in a non-stick pan.
