Ingredients

Makes:

250 grams sweet potato, peeled
500 ml water
500 grams cauliflower florets, cleaned
5 Tbsp rapeseed oil
80 ml orange juice


Instructions

STEP 1/3

The peeled sweet potato cut into small pieces and in a proper pot of water (500 ml) to a boil. cook, reduce heat 8 to 10 minutes.

STEP 2/3

Then add the cauliflower florets and cook everything for a further 10 minutes.

STEP 3/3

The cooled vegetable mixture with rapeseed oil and the orange juice in the blender jar with the Multiquick 5 puree baby hand blender to form a homogeneous slurry.


A serving is intended for immediate consumption. The rest fill using the spatula into the freezer container. For starters, your baby needs only two of the handy portions of this slurry, usually.
