1  avocado, peeled and diced
½   cantaloupe melon, peeled and diced
½   cucumber, diced
150 grams plain low fat yoghurt
1 juice of lemon

Instructions

STEP 1/3

To create this delicious green smoothie, just attach Braun’s MQ 40 chopper/ blender accessory to a suitable hand blender. Add the avocado, melon, cucumber, lemon juice and yoghurt. Start the hand blender and blend everything until smooth.

STEP 2/3

Add cold mineral water, a little at a time, to achieve a smooth consistency and blend again. You have never blended faster!

STEP 3/3

Pour into glasses and serve.


This recipe was prepared using Braun’s MultiQuick Hand blender with its MQ 40 (1.25 l) chopper/ blender accessory, like for example in our ser: MQ 5045 WH Aperitive.
This recipe can be also prepared using MQ 745 Aperitive, Braun’s Identity Collection Food processor FP 5160 with its jug blender attachment or Braun’s TributeCollection Jug blender JB 3060.
