100 ml water
100 grams blackberries
50 grams blueberries
50 grams raspberries
200 grams kefir cultured milk
1 tsp. honey, or agave syrup
1 tsp. peanut butter


Instructions

STEP 1/3

Take off the motor unit again, lock the To-Go cup safely with its lid and you are good to go.

 

STEP 2/3

Place all ingredients in the To-Go cup and attach the motor unit of Braun's MQ 5V Fit Blend & Go hand blender

 

STEP 3/3

Blend to a smooth purée.
