Why is the keep warming light indicator on when I choose the Over Ice feature on my MultiServe?

When making an Over Ice beverage the warming plate will not be active. However, if you brew a hot coffee beverage prior, the light will remain on as long as the warming plate is warm.
Please note: Once the unit is turned off, the keep warming indicator light remains lit until the warming plate cools down.
