Braun\'s CareStyle 1/3 series has a function that automatically signals when you need to descale the steam generator . The system reminds you to descale it regularly, regardless of the type of water you use. If the descaling process is not performed, the system stops the steam output to protect itself from further calcification. If your steam generator no longer produces steam, always check first whether the \'Clean\' LED light of the cleaning system is ON. If this is the case, you can continue ironing, but the steam function is turned OFF until you have completed the cleaning process. If your steam generator no longer produces steam, always perform the cleaning process first, according to the method described in the manual.
