Ingredients

Makes:

200.0 grams strawberries
30.0 grams agave syrup
100.0 ml water
6.0 leaves mint
0,5 juice of lemon


Instructions

STEP 1/4

Finely purée all ingredients with Braun’s MultiQuick 9 and its 500ml chopper attachment, pour mixture into a dish and freeze to set.

STEP 2/4

Every hour, use a fork to scrape the ice crystals from the edges of the dish.

STEP 3/4

When the mixture has turned into granular ice crystals, serve immediately.

STEP 4/4

The granita also tastes great with a glass of tonic
