2.0 sprigs of basil
2.0 teaspoon olive oil
2.0 teaspoon pine nuts,  toasted
2.0 slices whole wheat toast
2.0 slices mozzarella
4 slices tomato


Instructions

STEP 1/2

Wash basil, pat dry and pluck the leaves from the stems. Together with the olive oil and pine nuts in MultiQuick 5 Baby MQ chop 20 chopper attachment to a fine paste.

STEP 2/2

Spread the paste on a slice of whole wheat toast. Spread the tomato and mozzarella slices on top. Cover with the second slice of toast and diagonally cut in half.


Those who wish may also pepper lightly salt and additionally like.
