Ingredients

Servings: 4
Makes:

1/2 cup water
2 cups vanilla yogurt
1  fresh beet, small, raw, peeled and halved
1  red apple, sweet, small, cored
1 cup kale, ribs removed
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 cup frozen raspberries
1 cup ice cubes
2 tablespoon raw honey, or pure maple syrup
2 tablespoon sunflower seeds


Instructions

STEP 1/3

Place all the ingredients except the sunflower seeds into the blender jug in the same order as listed above.

STEP 2/3

Secure the lid and turn the machine on. Select the smoothie program then turn the iTextureControl dial to your desired texture: coarse, medium or smooth.

STEP 3/3

Pour into glasses and top with a sprinkling of sunflower seeds and a drizzle of honey or maple syrup.
