Ingredients

Servings: 4
Makes: 4 pastries

550 g puff pastry
4  Camembert, small, about 125 g
1  egg yolk, medium
4 stalks thyme
4 tbsp. almond flakes

For the salad
250 g wild herb salad
40 g cress, red and green mix
30 g almonds

For the dressing
80 g cranberry jam
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
  salt
  pepper


Instructions

STEP 1/9

Cut the puff pastry into squares.

STEP 2/9

Place the cheese in the middle of a puff pastry square, season with salt and pepper and fold the corners of the pastry in towards the middle one by one.

STEP 3/9

Brush the puff pastry parcels with egg, sprinkle with thyme and almond flakes.

STEP 4/9

Place the parcels in the basket of the MultiFry 5 and bake at 180° C using the fast oven function with the baking program for approx. 25 minutes until golden brown.

STEP 5/9

For the salad

Wash the wild herb salad and spin dry.

STEP 6/9

Cut off the cress.

STEP 7/9

Chop the almonds with the MultiQuick 9 chopper attachment and roast in a pan without fat.

STEP 8/9

For the dressing

Put all the ingredients for the dressing into the beaker and mix with the MultiQuick 9 whisk attachment and season to taste with salt and pepper.

STEP 9/9

Divide the salad onto plates, place the puff pastry parcels on top, drizzle with dressing, sprinkle with herbs and serve.
