50.0 grams oats
1.0  banana
100.0 grams blueberries, defrosted
100.0 grams plain yoghurt
1.0 tsp. chia seeds
 handful of spinach
1.0 tsp. honey, or agave syrup
 pinch of cinnamon

Instructions

STEP 1/3

Take off the motor unit again, lock the To-Go cup safely with its lid and you are good to go.

STEP 2/3

Place all ingredients in the To-Go cup and attach the motor unit of Braun's MQ 5V Fit Blend & Go hand blender.

STEP 3/3

Blend to a smooth purée.
