Lemon, pineapple and kiwi sparkler with fresh rosemary

1.0  pineapple
2.0  kiwis
4.0 juice of lemons
1.0 litre mineral water
1.0 sprig of fresh rosemary
 as needed ice cubes


Instructions

STEP 1/4

Place the ice cubes in the Braun JB 7192 PowerBlend 7 and use the Ice Crush program, which automatically crushes ice at a pre-set timing. Fill the crushed ice into six glasses.

STEP 2/4

Peel and dice the pineapple and the kiwis.

STEP 3/4

Place the pineapple, kiwi, lemon juice and most of the rosemary in the Braun JB 7192 PowerBlend 7 together with half of the mineral water. Blend everything on speed 5 to your desired consistency. You can also use the Pulse mode for staggered blending.

STEP 4/4

Pour your sparkler into the glasses with the crushed ice and top up with the rest of the mineral water. Garnish with the leftover rosemary.
