Garlic parmesan lemon spaghetti

Ingredients

Servings: 2
Makes:

300 grams spaghetti
50 grams mixed nuts
1  garlic clove
1  lemon, (zest and juice)
80 grams Parmesan
½ bunch parsley
½ bunch basil
20 ml olive oil
40 ml pasta water
  salt
  pepper


Instructions

STEP 1/6

Cook the spaghetti al dente according to package instructions.

STEP 2/6

Meanwhile briefly roast nuts in a pan without fat and peel the garlic.

STEP 3/6

Wash the lemon, grate the zest and squeeze out the juice.

STEP 4/6

Break the parmesan into small pieces and wash the parsley and basil.

STEP 5/6

Add nuts, garlic, lemon juice and zest, parmesan and herbs with olive oil to Braun’s MultiQuick 350 ml chopper and puree to a creamy pesto.

STEP 6/6

Drain the spaghetti, mix with the pesto and some pasta water and serve.
