Makes:

100.0 grams dried apricots
150.0 grams coconut flakes,  (+ some to garnish)
160.0 grams cashew nuts
1.0 juice of orange


Instructions

STEP 1/3

Finely chop all ingredients using Braun’s MultiQuick 5 Vario Hand Blender with its 500ml chopper attachment. The mixture should be slightly sticky and able to be rolled into balls.

STEP 2/3

Roll the mixture into 35 small balls (approx. 20g each),

STEP 3/3

Coat these with the coconut flakes and store in a cool place.
