MultiServe (KF9250, KF9270, KF9370): Is not brewing coffee, what can I do?

If your unit is not brewing coffee, please try the following:

  • Ensure the Lever is in the "Coffee" position and not in "Drip Stop" position.
  • Make sure the filter basket lid is closed correctly;
  • Make sure that the appliance is plugged in an active outlet and in the ON position;
  • Ensure the altitude setting has been properly set for your area;
  • Make sure the unit has fresh water in the water tank;
