Tandoori chicken

This air-fried tandoori chicken is marinated for an hour before cooking in a blend of yoghurt, lemon juice, and spices. This helps to ensure the chicken remains juicy and tender.

800 grams chicken thighs, cut into 4 cm pieces
125 grams natural yoghurt
2 tsp curry powder
50 grams tandoori masala, (spice mix)
1 Tbsp lemon juice


Instrucțiuni

PAS 1/4

Combine all the ingredients in a medium bowl, cover and refrigerate for about 1 hour.

PAS 2/4

Remove the chicken from the fridge, transfer the marinated pieces into the drawer allowing some space between them – cook in batches if necessary.

PAS 3/4

Select CHICKEN, 180°C, set 15 minutes and press the START button.

 

Rotate the chicken pieces twice during the cooking time.

PAS 4/4

Ensure the chicken is cooked through, then remove and repeat the same cooking process for the remaining batch if necessary.
