6 Tbsp olive oil
  salt
  pepper

Voor de geitenroomkaas, wortels, noten, vijgen en honing bruschetta
1  carrot, klein, of 1/2 grote wortel
10 gram walnuts
4 Tbsp soft goats cheese
2  figs
2 tsp honey

Voor de tomaten, basilicum, mozzarella en balsamico bruschetta
1  tomato
1 ball mozzarella
2 sprigs basil
2 tsp balsamic glaze

Voor de Griekse salade bruschetta
1/2  red onion
1/2  mini cucumber
1  plum tomatoes
30 gram feta cheese
2 tsp oregano


Instructions

STEP 1/16

Verwarm de oven voor op 200° C.

STEP 2/16

Snijd het brood in plakjes, bestrijk het met olijfolie en rooster het ongeveer 10 minuten in de oven.

STEP 3/16

Voor de geitenroomkaas, wortels, noten, vijgen en honing bruschetta: schil de wortel en rasp deze fijn in de mini-food processor met de versnipper-inzet op snelheid 25.

STEP 4/16

Hak de noten grof in de hakmolen op snelheidsniveau 21.

STEP 5/16

Was de vijgen en snijd ze in vieren.

STEP 6/16

Besmeer 4 stukjes brood met de geitenroomkaas.

STEP 7/16

Verdeel de geraspte wortel over de geitenroomkaas, leg de vijgen erop, bestrooi met noten en garneer met honing.
