Coffee and banana with cinnamon and walnuts

Serves 2
Preparation time: 10 min

Ingredients
 
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 cup coffee (strong)
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 4 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp walnuts
  • 200 ml almond milk
  • 300 g natural yoghurt
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 handful of ice cubes


Preparation
 
  1. Peel and slice the bananas.
  2. Get some freshly brewed coffee using the 1 cup setting of the Braun ID Breakfast Collection for optimal aroma and let it cool down for a bit.
  3. Place the bananas together with all the other ingredients into a Jug Blender (f.e. PowerBlend 7 Jug blender JB 7192 BL) and secure the lid. Blend everything to a smooth pure.
  4. Take your smoothie right away. Enjoy!

Slice and freeze bananas.

To save bananas that tend to turn brown, slice and freeze them. Ingredientes
 
  • 300 g de uvas blancas
  • 450 g de espinacas baby
  • Zumo de una lima
  • 1 aguacate maduro
  • 350 ml de té verde
  • 2 cucharaditas de miel o sirope de arce
  • Palitos de romero


Preparación
 
  1. ¡Empieza tu día con un saludable potenciador de energía! Calienta 350ml de agua mineral en el Hervidor WK300 de Braun hasta los 70ºC y añádele una bolsita de té verde. Déjalo reposar durante 5 minutos y cuélalo. Enfríalo en la nevera (a poder ser durante toda la noche).
  2. Mezcla todos los ingredientes en la picadora MQ40 de Braun -excepto los palitos de romero hasta que estén suaves-.
  3. Pasa la mezcla por colador fino (chino) y sírvela en vasos altos.

Sötpotatisbröd med grön ärtgrädde, pocherat ägg och baconsmulor

Ingredienser

 
  • 1 stor sötpotatis
  • 300 g gröna ärtor (frysta)
  • 1 msk. citronjuice
  • 3 msk. färskost
  • 4 mediumstora ägg
  • 2 msk. vitvinsvinäger
  • 60 g fetaost
  • 4 remsor krispigt stekt bacon
  • Salt
  • Peppar

Tillagning
 
  1. Blanchera först ärtorna i ca 1 minut i kokande vatten och kyl sedan ner i iskallt vatten så att de behåller sin vackra färg. Låt rinna av och lägg åt sidan.
  2. Tillsätt nu citronsaft, färskost, salt och peppar till ärtorna och finpuréa med Brauns MQ 9-stavmixer.
  3. Tvätta sötpotatisen och skär den vertikalt i skivor på 0,5 centimeter. Ställ Brauns ID Breakfast Collection Brödrost HT 5015 på högsta nivå och rosta sötpotatisskivorna i cirka 5 minuter, eller tills de är klara.
  4. För det pocherade ägget, koka en liter vatten med vinäger i en stor kastrull och sänk sedan temperaturen till den lägsta nivån.
  5. Knäcka ett ägg i en liten kopp. Skapa en virvel i vattnet genom att röra om med en träsked och låt ägget glida snabbt in i mitten. Pochera i tre till fyra minuter, lyft försiktigt upp ägget ur vattnet och krydda med salt. Fortsätt på samma sätt med de andra äggen.
  6. För att servera, bred först potatisskivorna med grön ärtkräm, lägg ett pocherat ägg på var och en av skivorna och strö sedan över med feta- och baconsmulor.

Ingredienser

 
  • 2 zucchinis
  • 2 auberginer
  • 2 stora tomater (t.ex. Coeur de Boeuf (nötkött-tomat))
  • 250g tofu
  • Salt
  • Peppar
  • Olivolja
  • Några basilikablad för dekoration

Tillagning
 
  1. Skär tofu, tomater, zucchini och auberginer i skivor ca. 0,5 cm tjocka. Krydda med salt och peppar.
  2. För att förbereda smörgåsarna staplar du antingen aubergin- eller zucchiniskivor omväxlande med tomater och tofu och borstar mycket försiktigt smörgåsarnas ytterkanter med lite olivolja.
  3. Lägg smörgåsarna efter varandra i anti-läckage brödboxen från Brauns ID Breakfast Collection Brödrost HT 5015, lägg den i brödrosten och tryck på sandwichknappen. Servera direkt.

  • Saften av 1 lime

Tillagning
