Remove the avocado from the shell and finely purée with lime juice, salt and pepper using Braun’s MQ 9 Hand blender.

For the soft boiled egg, boil one litre of water and prick a small hole in the eggs on the round sides of the shells with an egg piercer. This reduces the risk of the shell cracking.

Using a spoon, carefully place the eggs in the boiling water and soft boil them for about 5 minutes. Take out the eggs after the time is up and rinse them under cold water.

Set Braun’s ID Breakfast Collection Toaster to level 4 and toast the slices of bread until golden-brown.

Then immediately spread the slices with the avocado.

To serve, place the halved eggs on the slices of toast and sprinkle with salt and pepper and drizzle with some lime juice.
