Chicken Wrap with Herby Quark

125 grammes farine de blé entier

325 ml lait entier, (or a dairy-free alternative)

3 medium œufs

au goût sel

2 tbsp. huile de colza

2 tranches fromage

8 tranches poulet, cooked

poignée épinards

1 petit avocat, destoned and sliced

1 tomate, cut into slices

250 grammes fromage blanc allégé

4 tbsp. lait

0,5 bouquet ciboulette

au goût sel

au goût poivre


Instructions

Step 1

Spread the quark on the pancakes, lay the cheese, chicken slices, avocado, spinach and tomato on top, roll up and set to cool.

Step 2

Use the whisk to mix the quark and chopped herbs together.

Step 3

For the herby quark, chop the chives using Braun’s MultiQuick 5 Vario Hand Blender 500ml chopper.

Step 4

Season with salt and pepper.

Step 5

For the wraps, whisk the flour, milk, eggs and salt together to make the pancake batter and cook 4-6 thin pancakes in a non-stick pan.
