1 cœurs de laitue romaine

1 oignon rouge

4 radis, optional

1 tsp. miel

1 petit concombre

150 grammes tomates cerises, optional

100 grammes saumon fumé

fromage de chèvre, fresh, or cream cheese

1 tsp. moutarde

1 tbsp. vinaigre de vin blanc, or apple cider vinegar

2 tbsp. eau

2 tbsp. huile d'olive

sel

poivre


Instructions

Step 1

Wash the romaine lettuce, pull apart the larger leaves and halve the cherry tomatoes.

Step 2

Peel the onion, wash the radish and cucumber and slice with Braun’s MultiQuick 9 food processor attachment using the fine slicing insert.

Step 3

Mix everything well and drape into a bowl. Spread the goat's cheese and salmon over the salad.

Step 4

For the dressing, use the whisk attachment to whisk all the ingredients together in a bowl and spoon the dressing over the salad.
