Instrucciones

Step 1

Soak the flaxseed in 3 tablespoons of water for 10 minutes.

Step 2

Blend beans, oat flakes and spices with Braun’s MultiQuick 9 shaft.

Step 3

Chop the mushrooms, onions and chilli in the 500ml chopper attachment.

Step 4

Pour 1 tablespoon of oil in a hot pan, fry the mushrooms over medium to high heat for 6 minutes. Season with ½ teaspoon of salt.

Step 5

Pour the fried mushrooms, onions, the remaining beans, flax seeds and walnuts to the bean mass, chop briefly and fold in.

Step 6

Form small balls, carefully press them flat and fry in a pan with the remaining oil.

Step 7

For the cashew dip soak the cashews in plenty of water for at least 4 hours.

Step 8

Blend all remaining ingredients with the MultiQuick 9 shaft
