500 g chicken breasts
2  limes, thinly sliced
  red pepper

For the marinade
1 tsp chilli
1 tsp coriander
100 ml olive oil
2  shallots
3  garlic cloves
1 tbsp ginger, grated
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp salt
  pepper

For the honey lime cream
50 ml cream
½ tsp lime zest, grated
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp honey
  salt


Instructions

STEP 1/7

For the marinade:

Put all the ingredients for the marinade in the MultiQuick 9 food processor attachment and puree until a homogeneous mass forms.

STEP 2/7

Cut the chicken into 2 cm cubes and place in a deep plate. Add the marinade and evenly coat all of the chicken. Cover with cling film and marinate for 1-2 hours.

STEP 3/7

For the honey lime cream:

To prepare the cream, mix all the ingredients in a bowl, cover with cling film and store in the refrigerator.

STEP 4/7

For the skewers:

Put the chicken pieces onto the skewers, alternating with the lime slices and pepper.

STEP 5/7

Insert the grill plate at the bottom and the griddle plate at the top and use the MultiGrill 7 as a contact grill. Set the temperature of the lower plate to 230°C and the upper plate to 220°C and press the start/stop button to preheat the grill.

STEP 6/7

When the display shows ready, place the skewers on the lower grill plate, press down with the upper griddle plate and cook for about 11-13 minutes, turning 1-2 times.

STEP 7/7

Serve the skewers along with the honey lime cream.
