Cut the puff pastry into squares.
Place the cheese in the middle of a puff pastry square, season with salt and pepper and fold the corners of the pastry in towards the middle one by one.
Brush the puff pastry parcels with egg, sprinkle with thyme and almond flakes.
Place the parcels in the basket of the MultiFry 5 and bake at 180° C using the fast oven function with the baking program for approx. 25 minutes until golden brown.
For the salad
Wash the wild herb salad and spin dry.
Cut off the cress.
Chop the almonds with the MultiQuick 9 chopper attachment and roast in a pan without fat.
For the dressing
Put all the ingredients for the dressing into the beaker and mix with the MultiQuick 9 whisk attachment and season to taste with salt and pepper.
