Cut the potatoes into fries; rinse them under running water to remove the excess starch.

Dry the potatoes using kitchen towel, transfer them into a large bowl, add the oil, chopped herbs, salt, and then toss to combine.

Place the grid inside the drawer.

Transfer the fries into the drawer above the grid.

Select FRESH POTATOES, 200°C, set 30 minutes and press the START button.

 

Tip: Remove the drawer and shake the wedges after every 10 minutes.
