Falafels can be served in a variety of ways, as an appetiser with your favourite dips, like tahini, tzatziki, or hummus, or inside a pitta bread or wrap with salad.

Assemble the food processor, fit the knife blade. Transfer all the ingredients into the appliance bowl, select Max speed for 20 seconds, before scraping down the sides of the appliance bowl. Repeat this process several times until the mixture is finely chopped but not completely smooth.

Transfer the mixture to a medium sized bowl, then refrigerate for 1 hour.

Remove the falafel mixture from the fridge. Take approx. 40g and shape it into a ball, transfer to a plate or baking tray, repeat this step with the remaining falafel mixture.
Tip: Grease your hands with a little oil if the mixture is too sticky.

Put the grid inside the drawer, then place the falafel on top. For best results, we recommend cooking the falafel in two batches.

Select VEGETABLES, 200°C, set 15 minutes and press the START button.

Repeat the cooking process with the remaining falafel.
