Devil's chicken

Pollo alla Diavola, or "Devil's Chicken," is so-called because of the spicy rub that is applied over the skin of the chicken before cooking, the chicken is also spatchcocked and placed skin side down in the air fryer to mimic the way it is usually cooked, skin side down in a large frying pan.
