Gnocchi baked in the air fryer until crisp and golden on the outside, with a soft fluffy centre, makes them deliciously moreish. Serve as a side or appetizer.

In a medium bowl, combine the gnocchi with the oil and seasoning. Transfer the coated gnocchi into the drawer and spread them out.

Select the OVEN function, MANUAL, 200°C, set 10 minutes and press the START button.

 

Tip: Remove and shake the drawer every 4 to 5 minutes so they are perfectly golden on all sides, the cooking time may vary depending on the type of gnocchi used.

Remove the drawer, add the crushed garlic, thyme and Parmesan, stir to combine, replace the drawer and cook for a further 3-5 minutes at 180°C.

 

Serve.
