Instructions
For the pancake batter, mix the flour with the baking powder and cocoa powder. If there are any lumps, sieve everything.
Pour the milk, sugar and butter into the PowerBlend 7 jug.
Pour the flour mixture on top, set the program to speed 1 and mix for approx. 10-15 seconds to form a liquid batter.
Leave the batter to rest for a few minutes.
Heat up a non-stick frying pan or your Braun MultiGrill and pour approx. 3 tablespoons of batter into the pan or onto the griddle plates.
Fry the pancakes for approx. 30 seconds, then flip and fry for 30 seconds on the other side.
For the peanut sauce, place the peanut butter, powdered sugar and milk in the PowerBlend 7 jug and blend on speed setting 3 for approx. 10 seconds to make a fine sauce.
Drizzle the chocolate pancakes with peanut sauce and garnish with pieces of banana and peanuts.
