Chicken goujons with sesame seeds

Tender strips of chicken, marinated in a lightly spiced yoghurt, then coated in a crisp flavourful crust consisting of cornflakes, parmesan and sesame seeds. Perfect as a healthy main dish.

In a medum mixing bowl, combine the yoghurt, curry powder, lemon juice and seasoning, add the strips of chicken, coat thoroughly in the marinade then refrigerate for 1 hour.

Combine the cornflakes, sesame seeds, parmesan and seasoning in a small bowl, then transfer to a large plate.

Remove the marinated chicken from the fridge, coat each piece of chicken in the sesame, parmesan and cornflake mixture.

Place the grid inside the drawer.

Transfer the coated chicken to the drawer, laid out evenly, allowing a small gap between each piece, drizzle with a little oil or use an oil spray.

Select CHICKEN 200°C, set 8 minutes and press the START button.

 

Tip: rotate halfway through cooking.

Remove from the cooked chicken from the drawer, then repeat the same steps for the remaining chicken.
