300 grams frozen blueberries
1  green apple,  cored and diced
300 ml semi-skimmed milk
150 grams plain low fat yoghurt
25 grams porridge oats
1 juice of lime

Instructions

STEP 1/3

Searching for a nourishing alternative for breakfast? Then try the satisfying blueberry-apple smoothie! Place the blueberries, apple, milk, yoghurt, oats and lime juice in Braun’s TributeCollection Jug blender JB 3060, press the start button and first blend slowly then move up to speed rate 5. Due to the unique triangular jug, food mixes horizontally and vertically without becoming stuck to ensure extremely smooth blending results.

STEP 2/3

While still blending, simply lift the lid opening and pour some cold mineral water without turning off the jug blender – for even smoother consistency.

STEP 3/3

Pour into glasses, serve and start your day healthy.
