Ingredients

Makes:

1 small lemongrass stalks
1 tsp. ginger
125 grams natural yoghurt
160 ml coconut milk
2 as needed pears
1 juice of lime


Instructions

STEP 1/1

Place all the ingredients in your Braun MQ 40 blender accessory and blend everything until it's smooth. Your smoothie will be ready in only a few seconds. Pour into glasses, top with cinnamon and serve immediately.
