Please note that it is recommended to make use of the highest speed level when processing hard ingredients - e.g. parmesan cheese. It is not recommended to process very hard goods in the HC chopper. Ingredients like: Ice cubes, nutmeg, coffee-beans or grains are not suitable for this chopper.

To switch the appliance on, start again with first step. During operation you do not need to keep the safety button pressed.
