100 grams kale,  central rib removed
150 ml mineral water
150 ml almond milk
1 juice of lemon
1 teaspoon ginger root
1 teaspoon chia seeds


Instructions

STEP 1/2

Place all the ingredients in the beaker of the MQ9 and blend to a smooth purée. Thanks to the ACTIVEBlades that move up and down even the hardest foods such as ginger or chia seeds can be blended easily with 40% less effort. 200% finer blending results can be achieved. *

STEP 2/2

Serve the smoothie immediately.
