10 grams linseeds, crushed

40 ml water, lukewarm

100 grams rolled oats, soft

40 grams flour

80 grams muesli

200 grams skyr

4 grams baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

60 grams mixed nuts

100 ml milk

Instructions

Step 1

Pour water over the linseed in a small bowl and leave to soak for 5 minutes.

Step 2

Grind the rolled oats into flour using the MQ5 chopper.

Step 3

In a large bowl, mix the ground oats, flour, muesli, swollen linseed, skyr, baking powder and salt and work into a dough.

Step 4

Divide the dough into four equal parts and shape into rolls.

Step 5

Roughly chop the nut mixture and sprinkle over the dough pieces.

Step 6

Place the buns in the MultiFry 5 tray (with grid) and bake using the FastOven function (muffin symbol) at 200°C for approx. 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
