For the fennel

  • 1 fennel bulb

  • 1 Tbsp olive oil

  • salt

For the yoghurt

  • 200 grams yoghurt

  • 1 garlic clove

  • 1 lemon, organic

  • salt, as needed

  • pepper, as needed

For serving

  • 2 Tbsp crispy chilli oil

Instructions

Step 1

Wash the fennel well and cut into 4 wedges.

Step 2

Brush the fennel wedges with oil and sprinkle with salt.

Step 3

Place the fennel slices in the basket of the MultiFry 5 3in1 and grill for approx. 10 minutes at 180 °C using the grill program for vegetables.

Step 4

Turn halfway through the cooking time.

Step 5

For the yoghurt, peel the garlic and grate finely with a grater.

Step 6

Wash the lemon well, grate the zest and squeeze out the juice.

Step 7

Mix the yoghurt with the garlic, half the zest and 1 tablespoons of lemon juice. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Step 8

To serve, spread the yoghurt on a plate, place the fennel on top, drizzle with crispy chilli oil and serve.
