Chicken yakitori

This is a quick and easy version of the Japanese recipe for marinated chicken skewers.

500 grams chicken breast

2 garlic cloves, crushed

2-3 Tbsp soy sauce, as needed

1 Tbsp vinegar

25 ml sunflower oil

salt, as needed

pepper, as needed

chives, chopped, as needed

Cut the chicken into equal bitesize pieces and marinate for 30 minutes in a bowl with a mixture of vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, sunflower oil, salt and pepper.

Insert the chicken onto the skewers and place them inside the drawer.

Select CHICKEN 200°C, set 15 minutes and press the START button.

 

Tip: rotate halfway through cooking.

Serve with soy sauce and chopped chives.
