Why can't I find the product I saw advertised, or why is an item showing as unavailable on the website?

We understand it can be frustrating when you can’t find the product you are looking for.

Product availability changes constantly, especially for our most popular items. If a product isn't currently displayed on our main product pages, it means one of a few things:

1. It's Temporarily Out of Stock: It's a high-demand item and is currently out of stock in our main warehouse. We are actively working to replenish our inventory.
2. It's a Discontinued Model: The appliance may have been replaced by a newer model, which you can find by searching for the product category you are interested in.
3. It's Available from a Retail Partner: In some cases, the product may still be available for purchase exclusively through one of our authorised retailers or third-party marketplaces.

What you can do next:
