Getting started

Cut the salmon into small pieces.

Step 1

Cut the onion into small cubes and sauté in a pan with coconut oil.

Step 2

Mix the cream cheese with some water and add to the pan.

Step 3

Finely chop the herbs, add them to the salmon, then leave to stand for 5-10 minutes.

Step 4

Attach the Spiralizer accessory to Braun’s MultiQuick 5V Fit hand blender and cut the carrots into linguine shape.

Step 5

Boil briefly in water for 1-2 minutes.

Step 6

Add the noodles to the pan, and season to taste with spices.
